SHIPPING POLICY

Thank you for shopping with Buddha Buddies Designs!

ESTIMATED PROCESSING TIMES

Most items are handmade or made to order. Processing times vary depending on the product.

  • Silicone molds: 1–3 weeks

  • Acrylic badge reels (DTF): 1–2 weeks

  • Finished resin pieces: 2–4 weeks

  • Supplies (glass caviar beads, cabochons, etc.): 3–7 business days when ordered alone

Processing times do not include shipping transit time.

Orders containing multiple product types may require additional processing time and will generally ship together once all items are ready.

SHIPPING DESTINATIONS

We currently ship within the United States only. International shipping is not available at this time.

SHIPPING RATES & FREE SHIPPING

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.

FREE SHIPPING is available on U.S. orders of $150 or more after discounts, before taxes and shipping.

ORDER TRACKING

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number.

Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to become available on the carrier's website.

SHIPPING ADDRESS

Orders are shipped to the address provided at checkout.

Please double-check your shipping information before completing your purchase. If you need to correct your address, contact us immediately. Your original order may need to be canceled and placed again with the correct information.

Once an order has shipped, we cannot guarantee that address changes can be made.

LOST, DELAYED, OR DAMAGED PACKAGES

Once shipped, delivery times depend on the carrier and may be affected by weather, holidays, or other unforeseen delays.

If your package is lost, significantly delayed, or arrives damaged, please contact us at buddhabuddiesdesigns@gmail.com with your order number and details of the issue so we can help review the situation.

For damaged packages, please include clear photographs of the item and packaging.
