ALL SALES ARE FINAL

Due to the handmade and made-to-order nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, different designs, sizes, or customizations.

Please review all product details carefully before placing your order.

ORDER CANCELLATIONS

Cancellation requests must be submitted within 24 hours of purchase and may be accommodated only if the creation process has not yet begun.

Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to request a cancellation. Once production has started, orders cannot be canceled.

DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE, OR INCORRECT ITEMS

Every item is carefully inspected before packaging and shipping.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at buddhabuddiesdesigns@gmail.com.

Please include:

• Your order number

• A description of the issue

• Clear photographs of the item and packaging, if applicable

We will review your concerns and work with you to resolve any errors or defects on our part.

HANDMADE DISCLAIMER

Our products are individually handmade, so minor variations in color, appearance, and finish may occur. These characteristics are part of the handmade process and do not necessarily indicate a defect.
